In consultation with local organizing committee, the following is proposed for the IPRA general conference. Tsu city is prefectural capital of Mie with 300,000residents.

Venue: Tsu city, Mie Prefecture, Japan
(Nearest airport is Nagoya International airport. It is also 2-3 hours
distance from Osaka International airport.)
